Article R663-40-1 of the French Commercial code

The provisions relating to the remuneration and costs and expenses of the liquidator are applicable to the agent appointed pursuant to the third paragraph of Article L. 643-9.

The methods for calculating emoluments are determined without taking into account the plurality of assignments. The remuneration provided for in Article R. 663-25 is, where applicable, broken down according to the tasks assigned to the agent.

Les dispositions relatives à la rémunération et aux frais et débours du liquidateur sont applicables au mandataire désigné en application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 643-9.

Les modalités de calcul des émoluments sont déterminées sans tenir compte de la pluralité des missions. La rémunération prévue par l’article R. 663-25 fait, le cas échéant, l’objet d’une répartition selon les missions attribuées au mandataire.
