Article R663-40-3 of the French Commercial code

The official receiver or, if he has ceased to hold office, the president of the court, on the observations of the liquidator and the agent, shall determine, after obtaining the opinion of the public prosecutor, the portion of the remuneration which would have been due to the liquidator had he continued his mission, which shall accrue to the agent thus appointed.

Le juge-commissaire, ou, s’il a cessé ses fonctions, le président du tribunal, sur les observations du liquidateur et du mandataire, détermine, après avoir recueilli l’avis du ministère public, la part de la rémunération qui aurait été due au liquidateur s’il avait poursuivi sa mission, qui revient au mandataire ainsi désigné.
