Article R663-46 of the French Commercial code

Payment of the sums to the court-appointed agents and liquidators is made by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations into a bank account opened in the name of the beneficiary on the basis of an extract from the decision granting them and a certificate of no appeal if that decision does not benefit from provisional enforcement.

Le versement des sommes aux mandataires judiciaires et aux liquidateurs est effectué par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations sur un compte bancaire ouvert au nom du bénéficiaire au vu d’un extrait de la décision qui les accorde et d’un certificat de non-appel si cette décision ne bénéficie pas de l’exécution provisoire.
