Article R663-49 of the French Commercial code

When the judicial liquidation proceedings are resumed after having been closed and the liquidator has benefited from the compensation provided for in Article L. 663-3, any request for a fee in respect of this resumption of proceedings shall be sent to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for its opinion. This right to remuneration is reduced by the amount of compensation received before it can be acquired.

Lorsque la procédure de liquidation judiciaire est reprise après avoir été clôturée et que le liquidateur a bénéficié de l’indemnisation prévue à l’article L. 663-3, toute demande d’émolument au titre de cette reprise de procédure est transmise pour avis au ministère public. Ce droit à rémunération est réduit du montant de l’indemnisation perçue avant de pouvoir être acquis.
