The forms of procedure applicable before the judicial courts of the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle in matters provided for by this code are determined by Article 31 of the law of 1 June 1924 introducing French commercial laws into these departments and by articles 37 to 39 of the appendix to the code of civil procedure relating to the application of this code in these same departments.
However, before the court that appointed them, the rules relating to compulsory representation by a lawyer only apply to the ad hoc representative, the conciliator, the administrator, the judicial representative, the commissioner for the execution of the plan and the liquidator, for the performance of their mission, when their application is made by summons or by delivery of the document mentioned in the article 31 of the appendix to the code of civil procedure. They are only binding on the latter before the juge-commissaire for proceedings covered by Section 1 of Chapter IV of Title II of this book.
