In the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle, the distribution of the proceeds of sales and the settlement of the order of creditors by the liquidator referred to in the fifth paragraph of Article L. 642-18 are exclusively subject to the provisions set out in this book.

For the application of the provisions of this book in the départements of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle, the words: “service de la publicité foncière” or “fichier immobilier” shall be understood to mean “bureau foncier” or “livre foncier”.
