Article R681-7 of the French Commercial code

Where IV of Article L. 681-2 has been applied, the court and the over-indebtedness commission shall provide each other with any information they deem useful for the performance of their duties, and in particular the decisions and measures they take as well as the documents in their files likely to shed light on the general financial situation of the sole trader concerned by the two procedures.

Quand il a été fait application du IV de l’article L. 681-2, le tribunal et la commission de surendettement se communiquent réciproquement toutes informations qu’ils jugent utiles à l’accomplissement de leur mission, et notamment les décisions et mesures qu’ils prennent ainsi que les pièces versées à leurs dossiers susceptibles d’éclairer la situation financière générale de l’entrepreneur individuel concerné par les deux procédures.
