The delegation elects its chairman, who is by right a member of the bureau of the territorial chamber of commerce and industry.
The delegation meets when convened by its chairman or at the request of at least one third of its members. It may appoint associate members under the conditions set out in articles R. 711-3 and R. 711-4.
