The grouping’s bureau comprises a president, a secretary and a treasurer.
To take account of local particularities, the missions of the interconsular grouping and the number of chambers making it up, the supervisory authority may authorise an increase in the number of bureau members.
In the event of a vacancy, the bureau is completed.
The bureau prepares, for submission to the general meeting, the draft budgets and accounts of the interconsular group.
The president represents the interconsular group with the public authorities and in all acts of civil life. He may delegate this mission for a specified period and purpose by a mandate revocable at any time.
