The intervention standards drawn up by CCI France pursuant to 2° of Article L. 711-16 concern:
1° The missions entrusted to the network’s establishments by laws and regulations;
2° The network’s priority missions defined in the contract of objectives and performance mentioned in article L. 712-2 and the missions carried out as part of the national service offering mentioned in 3° of Article L. 711-16;
3° The common terms and conditions for the organisation and operation of the network’s establishments, and in particular the internal regulations of the network’s public establishments provided for in Article R. 711-68 as well as the budgetary, accounting and financial organisation framework for the network of chambers of commerce and industry.
These intervention standards may be accompanied by activity and performance indicators and may specify the conditions for their implementation, particularly with regard to the return of information, and the conditions for charging for the services concerned. They are voted on at the CCI France General Meeting. They are binding on all public establishments in the network as soon as they have been approved, under the conditions provided for in Article R. 712-8, by the supervisory authority, and published on the CCI France website.
CCI France may also draw up best practice guides and propose indicators concerning the other missions carried out by the network’s establishments, in particular advisory, initial and continuing training missions or infrastructure, equipment or service management missions.
These guides to good practice are voted on at the CCI France General Meeting.
