Article R711-77 of the French Commercial code

The staff mentioned in article R. 711-76 who meet the following conditions:

1° Be at least eighteen years old;

2° Have worked for at least one year during the five years preceding the date of the election in the said establishment, in a territorial chamber of commerce and industry or a regional chamber of commerce and industry constituting the reference shareholding of the establishment, or in the association, mentioned in VI of Article 43 of the aforementioned law of 20 December 2014, which created the establishment.

Article R711-77

Sont éligibles au conseil d’administration ou de surveillance d’un établissement d’enseignement supérieur consulaire les personnels mentionnés à l’article R. 711-76 qui remplissent les conditions suivantes :

1° Etre âgés d’au moins dix-huit ans ;

2° Avoir travaillé pendant une durée d’au moins un an au cours des cinq années précédant la date du scrutin dans ledit établissement, dans une chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale ou une chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région constituant l’actionnariat de référence de l’établissement, ou dans l’association, mentionnée au VI de l’article 43 de la loi du 20 décembre 2014 susvisée, qui a créé l’établissement.
