Article R712-28-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle shall rule on the declaration of division mentioned in Article R. 712-27 within six months of filing. This period is interrupted, where applicable, by the notification provided for in 1° of article R. 712-11 until the declaration is regularised.

Article R712-28-1

Le directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle statue sur la déclaration de division mentionnée à l’article R. 712-27 dans un délai de six mois à compter de son dépôt. Ce délai est interrompu, le cas échéant, par la notification prévue au 1° de l’article R. 712-11 jusqu’à régularisation de la déclaration.
