Article R7121-6 of the French Labour Code

The mandate between an artistic agent and an artist is governed by the conditions set out in Title XIII of Book III of the Civil Code. It shall specify at least :

1° The assignment(s) entrusted and the procedures for reporting on their periodic performance;

2° The terms of remuneration;

3° The term of the mandate or the other means by which it is terminated.

It is drawn up free of charge.

Article R7121-6

Le mandat entre un agent artistique et un artiste est régi dans les conditions prévues au titre XIII du livre III du code civil. Il précise au minimum :

1° La ou les missions confiées et les modalités pour rendre compte de leur exécution périodique ;

2° Leurs conditions de rémunération ;

3° Le terme du mandat ou les autres modalités par lesquelles il prend fin.

Il est établi à titre gratuit.
