Article R7123-21 of the French Labour Code

The amount of the financial guarantee may be revised at any time and is reviewed each year.
For each modelling agency, this amount may not be less than 6% of the total payroll resulting from the annual declarations made under article R. 243-14 of the Social Security Code, nor less than a minimum of 15,200 euros, which may be revised by decree.

Le montant de la garantie financière peut être révisé à tout moment et fait l’objet d’un réexamen chaque année.
Ce montant ne peut être inférieur, pour chaque agence de mannequins, à 6 % de la masse salariale résultant des déclarations annuelles réalisées au titre de l’article R. 243-14 du code de la sécurité sociale, ni à un minimum fixé à 15 200 euros et révisable par décret.
