Chapter III: Models and modelling agencies

The information and prevention visit provided for in articles R. 4624-10 to R. 4624-21 and the fitness medical examination provided for in articles R. 4624-23 to R. 4624-27 are carried out by the occupational health service responsible for the medical monitoring of mannequins. The medical certificate referred to in article L. 7123-2-1 of the Labour Code is issued at the time of this visit or examination.

By way of derogation from the provisions of sub-sections 1 and 2 of section 2 of Chapter IV of Title II of Book VI of Part Four of this Code, the information and prevention visit or the pre-recruitment medical examination remains valid for one year for contracts concluded by the model with the same modelling agency or six months for contracts concluded with several modelling agencies when the following conditions…

The implementation of the derogation mentioned in article R. 7123-5 is subject to the conclusion and extension of a branch agreement, providing in particular for the methods of distributing the financing of medical surveillance.

Each mannequin will receive at least one visit or examination carried out by a health professional from the occupational health service per twelve-month period with a view to ensuring, if he is covered by reinforced individual monitoring, that he remains fit to carry out the job in question. The first visit or examination takes place within twelve months of the first information and prevention visit or medical examination on recruitment.
