Article R7123-29 of the French Labour Code

When a modelling agency’s guarantee commitment comes to an end, the agency may continue its activity only if it has obtained, under the conditions provided for in articles R. 7123-26 to R. 7123-28, another guarantee commitment, so that payment of the debts defined in article R. 7123-20 is guaranteed without interruption.

Lorsque l’engagement de caution dont bénéficie une agence de mannequins prend fin, l’agence ne peut poursuivre son activité que si elle a obtenu, dans les conditions prévues par les articles R. 7123-26 à R. 7123-28, un autre engagement de caution, de sorte que le paiement des dettes définies à l’article R. 7123-20 soit garanti sans interruption.
