Article R7123-15 of the French Labour Code

For the application of Article L. 7123-15 and as part of the monitoring of its activity, the modelling agency shall inform each model, each user and the regional directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment in the place where the activity is carried out of the following information

1° Invoicing arrangements that make it possible to identify the portion devoted to the mannequin’s service within the meaning of Article L. 7123-2;

2° In respect of activities or professions likely to give rise to a conflict of interest, details of the corporate offices held by each director, corporate officer, partner and employee, indicating the nature of the activity or the capacity of corporate officer, the address at which the activity is carried out or the registered office of the company of which he or she is an officer. This information is made available to the public and to employees by any means.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 7123-15 et dans le cadre du contrôle de son activité, l’agence de mannequins porte à la connaissance de chaque mannequin, de chaque utilisateur et de la direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi du lieu d’exercice de l’activité :

1° Les modalités de facturation permettant d’identifier la part consacrée à la prestation du mannequin au sens de l’article L. 7123-2 ;

2° Au titre des activités ou professions susceptibles d’entraîner une situation de conflit d’intérêts, le détail des mandats sociaux exercés par chaque dirigeant, dirigeant social, associé et salarié indiquant la nature de l’activité ou la qualité de mandataire social, l’adresse d’exercice de l’activité ou le siège de la société dont il est mandataire. Ces informations sont portées, par tout moyen, à la connaissance du public et des salariés.
