Article R7123-19 of the French Labour Code

In particular, the availability contract shall mention:
1° The nature and characteristics of the service, in particular as regards working conditions and the foreseeable hours of employment and selection;
2° The foreseeable duration and location of the assignment;
3° In the case of children, the opinion of a paediatrician or general practitioner;
4° The minimum percentage provided for in Article L. 7123-7 and corresponding to the service provided by the model;
5° The name and address of the model agency’s financial guarantor as provided for in article L. 7123-19.

Le contrat de mise à disposition mentionne notamment :
1° La nature et les caractéristiques de la prestation, notamment en ce qui concerne les conditions de travail et les horaires prévisibles d’emploi et de sélection ;
2° La durée prévisible et le lieu de la mission ;
3° Pour les enfants, l’avis d’un pédiatre ou d’un médecin généraliste ;
4° Le pourcentage minimum prévu à l’article L. 7123-7 et correspondant à la prestation réalisée par le mannequin ;
5° Le nom et l’adresse du garant financier de l’agence de mannequins prévu par l’article L. 7123-19.
