Article R7123-23 of the French Labour Code

The modelling agency must be in possession of a guarantee certificate issued by the guarantor, indicating in particular the name and address of the guarantor, the amount, the effective date and the expiry date of the guarantee granted.
This guarantee certificate must be made available to the Labour Inspectorate and to the inspectors of the social security bodies and social institutions concerned.

L’agence de mannequins doit être en possession d’une attestation de garantie délivrée par le garant, indiquant notamment le nom et l’adresse de celui-ci, le montant, la date de prise d’effet et la date d’expiration de la garantie accordée.
Cette attestation de garantie est tenue à la disposition des agents de l’inspection du travail et des agents de contrôle des organismes de sécurité sociale et institutions sociales intéressées.
