Article R7123-36 of the French Labour Code

The guarantor who has paid the sums defined in article R. 7123-20 is subrogated, to the same extent, in all the rights of the employees, social security bodies and social institutions against the modelling agency.
The guarantor shall inform the user concerned and the Prefect of the payment of these sums.

Article R7123-36

Le garant qui a payé les sommes définies à l’article R. 7123-20 est subrogé, à due concurrence, dans tous les droits des salariés, des organismes de sécurité sociale et des institutions sociales contre l’agence de mannequins.
Le garant informe l’utilisateur intéressé ainsi que le préfet du paiement de ces sommes.
