In the event of termination of the guarantee, the guarantor shall inform the following by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within three days of the date on which he is informed, in the district of the head office of the modelling agency:
1° The regional directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment;
2° The body responsible for collecting social security contributions.

En cas de cessation de la garantie, le garant en informe dans un délai de trois jours à compter de la date à laquelle il en est informé, par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception, dans la circonscription du siège de l’agence de mannequins :
1° La direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi ;
2° L’organisme chargé du recouvrement des cotisations de sécurité sociale.
