Article R7124-36 of the French Labour Code

The Caisse des dépôts et consignations will open a deposit account in the name of each of the minors concerned, to which the payments made by the employers will be credited.
The rate and method of calculation of interest on the deposit account are set in accordance with article L. 518-23 of the French Monetary and Financial Code. This rate may not be lower than the legal interest rate for the current financial year.

La Caisse des dépôts et consignations ouvre dans ses écritures, au nom de chacun des mineurs intéressés, un compte de dépôt auquel sont portés les versements réalisés par les employeurs.
Le taux et le mode de calcul des intérêts produits par le compte de dépôts sont fixés dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 518-23 du code monétaire et financier. Ce taux ne peut être inférieur au taux de l’intérêt légal de l’exercice en cours.
