Article R713-1-2 of the French Commercial code

With a view to the elections organised in application of article L. 723-11, the electoral roll commission mentioned in article L. 713-14 meets when convened by its chairman in order to examine the applications for registration on the electoral rolls for the appointment of members of the chambers of commerce and industry submitted by persons proving that they meet the conditions laid down in article L. 713-1;

The application for registration is submitted no later than seven days after the date of the prefectoral order convening the electoral college of consular judges.

The commission’s decisions may be appealed.
The commission’s decisions may be appealed within fifteen days. This appeal and the cassation appeal are lodged under the conditions provided for in the first and second paragraphs of Article R. 17 and in Articles R. 18 to R. 19-6 of the Electoral Code.

En vue des élections organisées en application de l’article L. 723-11, la commission d’établissement des listes électorales mentionnée à l’article L. 713-14 se réunit sur convocation de son président afin d’examiner les demandes d’inscription sur les listes électorales pour la désignation des membres des chambres de commerce et d’industrie présentées par les personnes justifiant qu’elles remplissent les conditions fixées à l’article L. 713-1 ;


La demande d’inscription est présentée au plus tard sept jours après la date de l’arrêté préfectoral convoquant le collège électoral des juges consulaires.


La commission d’établissement des listes électorales statue au plus tard quinze jours après la date de l’arrêté préfectoral convoquant le collège électoral des juges consulaires.


Les décisions de la commission peuvent faire l’objet d’un recours dans un délai de quinze jours. Ce recours et le pourvoi en cassation sont formés dans les conditions prévues aux premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article R. 17 et aux articles R. 18 à R. 19-6 du code électoral.
