Unless otherwise provided, judgments and orders are notified to the debtor and the creditors concerned by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by the clerk’s office of the judicial court. These notifications are duly made to the address previously indicated by the addressee. In this case, the date of notification is the date of signature of the acknowledgement of receipt. Where the notice of receipt has not been signed by the addressee or by a person authorised to do so, the date of notification is the date of presentation of the registered letter. The notification shall mention the appeal procedures and deadlines.
