Article R713-27 of the French Commercial code

The candidates with the highest number of votes in the election for the regional chamber of commerce and industry are elected to the regional chamber of commerce and industry and to the territorial chamber of commerce and industry and, where applicable, to a delegation. Their alternate is elected to the territorial chamber of commerce and industry and, where applicable, to the same delegation.

After allocation of the seats filled pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the candidates with the highest number of votes in the election for the territorial chamber of commerce and industry are elected to the territorial chamber of commerce and industry and, where applicable, to a delegation.

Les candidats ayant obtenu le plus grand nombre de voix à l’élection de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région sont élus à la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région ainsi qu’à la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale et, le cas échéant, dans une délégation. Leur suppléant est élu à la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale et, le cas échéant, dans la même délégation.

Après attribution des sièges pourvus en application de l’alinéa précédent, les candidats ayant obtenu le plus grand nombre de voix à l’élection de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale sont élus à la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale et, le cas échéant, dans une délégation.
