Any elector may lodge a complaint with the electoral roll commission during the period of publicity of the electoral rolls provided for in article R. 713-2.
Complaints shall be lodged with the commission’s secretariat.
The electoral roll commission shall rule on complaints, no later than eight days after the electoral rolls have been made available to the public. The decisions of the electoral roll commission are communicated to the administrative authority referred to in II of Article R. 713-1.
Within the same timeframe, it shall amend or complete the list in consideration of new elements that have emerged between the date provided for in the first paragraph of III of article R. 713-1-1 and the end date of the advertising period provided for in the first paragraph of article R. 713-2, which are communicated to it by the prefect, by the judge responsible for supervising the register of commerce and companies, by the chamber of commerce and industry concerned and by the clerk of the court of first instance with jurisdiction in commercial matters.
