Article R714-4-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Amendments to the regulations determining the conditions to which the use of the mark is subject shall be entered at the request of the holder of the mark on the day of the application for registration.

The request shall include:

1° A registration request form;

2° The regulations determining the conditions to which the use of the mark is subject as amended;

3° Proof of payment of the prescribed fee;

4° If applicable, the power of attorney, unless the attorney is an industrial property attorney or a lawyer.

Les modifications du règlement déterminant les conditions auxquelles est subordonné l’usage de la marque sont inscrites à la demande du titulaire de la marque au jour de la demande d’inscription.

La demande comprend :

1° Un bordereau de demande d’inscription ;

2° Le règlement déterminant les conditions auxquelles est subordonné l’usage de la marque tel que modifié ;

3° La justification du paiement de la redevance prescrite ;

4° S’il y a lieu, le pouvoir du mandataire, à moins que celui-ci n’ait la qualité de conseil en propriété industrielle ou d’avocat.
