Article R714-7-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

A decision shall be made on the application for registration referred to in articles R. 714-4, R. 714-4-1 and R. 714-6 within six months of filing. This period is interrupted, where applicable, by the notification provided for in article R. 714-7, until the application is regularised or the objection is withdrawn.

Article R714-7-1

Il est statué sur la demande d’inscription mentionnée aux articles R. 714-4, R. 714-4-1 et R. 714-6 dans un délai de six mois à compter de son dépôt. Ce délai est interrompu, le cas échéant, par la notification prévue à l’article R. 714-7, jusqu’à la régularisation de la demande ou la levée de l’objection.
