Article R721-6 of the French Consumer Code

The order suspending one or more enforcement proceedings or assignments of remuneration shall be notified by the clerk’s office of the judicial court by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or delivered against receipt, to the pursuing creditors and enforcement agents or to the chief clerk of the judicial court in charge of the proceedings for attachment of remuneration or assignment of remuneration, who shall inform the garnishee or assignee.
A copy of the order by which the court rules on the application for suspension and that which rules on the application for withdrawal is sent by the registry by simple letter to the commission, which informs the debtor.
The court registry shall notify the applicant creditor and the enforcement agents or the chief clerk of the department responsible for seizures of remuneration of the order retracting the suspension decision by simple letter and the order rejecting the application for retraction by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

L’ordonnance qui suspend une ou plusieurs procédures d’exécution ou cessions de rémunération est notifiée par le greffe du tribunal judiciaire par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, ou remise contre récépissé, aux créanciers poursuivants et aux agents chargés de l’exécution ou au greffier en chef du tribunal judiciaire en charge de la procédure de saisie des rémunérations ou de la cession des rémunérations, qui en informe le tiers saisi ou le cessionnaire.
Une copie de l’ordonnance par laquelle le juge se prononce sur la demande de suspension et de celle qui statue sur la demande en rétractation est adressée par le greffe par lettre simple à la commission, qui en informe le débiteur.
Le greffe notifie au créancier requérant et aux agents chargés de l’exécution ou au greffier en chef du service chargé des saisies des rémunérations l’ordonnance qui rétracte la décision de suspension par lettre simple et l’ordonnance qui rejette la demande en rétractation par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
