The order suspending one or more enforcement proceedings or assignments of remuneration shall be notified by the clerk’s office of the judicial court by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or delivered against receipt, to the pursuing creditors and enforcement agents or to the chief clerk of the judicial court in charge of the proceedings for attachment of remuneration or assignment of remuneration, who shall inform the garnishee or assignee.
A copy of the order by which the court rules on the application for suspension and that which rules on the application for withdrawal is sent by the registry by simple letter to the commission, which informs the debtor.
The court registry shall notify the applicant creditor and the enforcement agents or the chief clerk of the department responsible for seizures of remuneration of the order retracting the suspension decision by simple letter and the order rejecting the application for retraction by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
