Article R721-8 of the French Consumer Code

The judgment ruling on the postponement of the auction date is notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by the registry of the judge in charge of the property seizure to the debtor as well as to the pursuing creditor and the registered creditors. The commission is notified by simple letter.
The notification indicates that this judgement is not subject to appeal or opposition.

Le jugement statuant sur le report de la date d’adjudication est notifié par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception par le greffe du juge chargé de la saisie immobilière au débiteur ainsi qu’au créancier poursuivant et aux créanciers inscrits. La commission en est avisée par lettre simple.
La notification indique que ce jugement n’est susceptible ni d’appel, ni d’opposition.
