Article R721-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In order to identify all the accounts held in Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon by the persons mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 131-72 and the second paragraph of Article L. 163-6, the Institut d’émission des départements d’outre-mer will consult the declarations mentioned in Article R. 721-11.

Afin d’identifier l’ensemble des comptes détenus à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon par les personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 131-72 et au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 163-6, l’Institut d’émission des départements d’outre-mer consulte les déclarations mentionnées à l’article R. 721-11.
