Article R7213-11 of the French Labour Code

To the indemnity calculated in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 7213-9 and R. 7221-2, may be added, where applicable, an indemnity representing the benefits in kind guaranteed by the contract and from which the employee ceases to benefit during his leave.
The amount of this allowance may not be less than that set each year for each department, locality or group of localities, by prefectoral decree.

Article R7213-11

A l’indemnité calculée suivant les dispositions des articles R. 7213-9 et R. 7221-2, s’ajoute, s’il y a lieu, une indemnité représentative des avantages en nature garantis par le contrat et dont le travailleur cesse de bénéficier pendant son congé.
Le montant de cette indemnité ne peut être inférieur à celui qui est fixé chaque année pour chaque département, localité ou groupe de localités, par arrêté préfectoral.
