Article R722-26 of the French Commercial code

The declaration of interests may be consulted by the judge concerned as well as by the authority to which the declaration was submitted.

The confidentiality of these declarations does not prevent them from being communicated to the Commission nationale de discipline des juges des tribunaux de commerce (National Disciplinary Commission for Commercial Court Judges) and to the Garde des sceaux, Minister of Justice, when disciplinary proceedings are initiated.

Article R722-26
