Article R722-7 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the application of article L. 722-19:
1° The list of information that the bearer is required to provide to the administration is that set out in article R. 722-4;
2° The list of information that the sender, the recipient or their representative, as the case may be, is required to provide to the administration is that set out in article R. 722-6.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 722-19 :
1° La liste des informations que le porteur est tenu de fournir à l’administration est celle prévue à l’article R. 722-4 ;
2° La liste des informations que l’expéditeur, le destinataire, ou leur représentant, selon le cas, est tenu de fournir à l’administration est celle prévue à l’article R. 722-6.
