Article R7226-26 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Vice-Presidents of the Council, who have been delegated by the President, receive an allowance for the effective performance of their duties that is no more than equal to the allowance that may be allocated to a member of the Council, as defined in article R. 7226-24, increased by a coefficient of 1.9.

The members of the bureau, other than the vice-presidents, receive, for the actual performance of their duties, an allowance not exceeding the allowance that may be allocated to a member of the council, as defined in article R. 7226-24, increased by a coefficient of 1.3.

Les vice-présidents du conseil, ayant reçu délégation du président, perçoivent pour l’exercice effectif de leurs fonctions, une indemnité au plus égale à l’indemnité pouvant être allouée à un membre du conseil, telle que définie à l’article R. 7226-24, majorée d’un coefficient de 1,9.

Les membres du bureau, autres que les vice-présidents, perçoivent, pour l’exercice effectif de leurs fonctions, une indemnité au plus égale à l’indemnité pouvant être allouée à un membre du conseil, telle que définie à l’article R. 7226-24, majorée d’un coefficient de 1,3.
