Articles R. 7227-1 to R. 7227-3, R. 7227-26 and R. 7227-28 are applicable to the chairmen and members of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Culture and Education Council.
Members of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council receive, for the performance of their duties, an allowance equal to no more than 45% of the maximum functional allowance that may be allocated to a councillor at the Assembly of Martinique, pursuant to Article L. 7227-19.
The President of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, Culture and Education receives, for the effective performance of his duties, an allowance at most equal to 50% of the maximum functional allowance that may be allocated to the President of the Assembly of Martinique, pursuant to Article L. 7227-20.
Vice-Presidents of the Council, who have been delegated by the President, receive an allowance for the effective performance of their duties that is no more than equal to the allowance that may be allocated to a member of the Council, as defined in article R. 7226-24, increased by a coefficient of 1.9. The deliberation of the Assembly of Martinique setting the allowances mentioned in article R. 7226-24 provides, after consultation with the President of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council, for the procedures for reducing the allowances allocated to the members of this Council according to their attendance at meetings of the Council or its formations as well as at meetings of the bodies in which they represent their Assembly.
The duration of the credit for hours provided for in article L. 7226-9 is equal for one quarter: 1° To seventy hours for the chairman and vice-chairmen of the Martinique Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Educational Council; 2° To twenty-one hours for the other members of the Council. .
