Applications for renewal must be submitted no later than three months before the end of the approval period to the Prefect of the département in which the main establishment of the legal entity or sole trader is located.
Each approved and certified organisation will automatically have its previous approval renewed, provided that all its activities and establishments are covered by a certification as defined in article L. 433-3 of the Consumer Code. This certification must be based on a personal services reference framework that complies with the requirements set out in the specifications referred to in 2° of article R. 7232-6. The compliance of each certifying body’s reference framework with the specifications is recognised by an order of the Minister for the Economy, which is published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry for the Economy.
