Article R724-19 of the French Commercial code

Commission decisions made pursuant to articles L. 724-1, L. 724-3 and R. 724-20, and the orders of its president made pursuant to article L. 724-4 shall be notified to the judge sued by any means giving certainty to such notification. They are brought to the attention of the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, the First President of the Court of Appeal and the President of the Commercial Court.

The time limit for lodging an appeal is ten days from the date of receipt of the notification letter. The appeal is lodged and heard in accordance with the provisions of articles 974 to 982 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Les décisions de la commission rendues en application des articles L. 724-1, L. 724-3 et R. 724-20, et les ordonnances de son président rendues en application de l’article L. 724-4 sont notifiées au juge poursuivi par tout moyen conférant date certaine à cette notification. Elles sont portées à la connaissance du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, du premier président de la cour d’appel et du président du tribunal de commerce.

Le délai de pourvoi est de dix jours à compter de la date de réception de la lettre de la notification. Le pourvoi est formé et instruit conformément aux dispositions des articles 974 à 982 du code de procédure civile.
