Article R732-8 of the French Commercial code

For the first appointment of the registrar of a mixed commercial court entered on the list provided for in Article L. 732-3, the procedure provided for in articles R. 742-18 to R. 742-23.

With a view to ensuring the proper functioning of the public service of justice, the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, may decide to appoint the same person to several registry offices created within the same jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal. In this case, the publicity provided for in article R. 742-19 mentions this.

Pour la première nomination du greffier d’un tribunal mixte de commerce inscrit sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 732-3, il y a lieu de recourir à la procédure prévue aux articles R. 742-18 à R. 742-23.

En vue d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du service public de la justice, le garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, peut décider de nommer une même personne titulaire de plusieurs offices de greffes créés dans le même ressort de cour d’appel. Dans ce cas, la publicité prévue à l’article R. 742-19 le mentionne.
