Article R733-7 of the French Consumer Code

The benefit of the measures imposed by the commission, pursuant to the provisions of article L. 733-4, may not be invoked more than two months after the debtor has been summoned to pay the amount of the outstanding portion of the property loans, unless the matter has been referred to the Commission by the debtor within this period.

The summons to pay shall reproduce the provisions of this article.

Le bénéfice des mesures imposées par la commission, en application des dispositions de l’article L. 733-4, ne peut être invoqué plus de deux mois après sommation faite au débiteur d’avoir à payer le montant de la fraction des prêts immobiliers restant due, à moins que, dans ce délai, la commission n’ait été saisie par ce même débiteur.

La sommation de payer reproduit les dispositions du présent article.
