Article R7343-101 of the French Labour Code

The Director General of the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority shall refer the matter to the workers’ organisations recognised as representative and the professional organisations of platforms recognised as representative which are not at the origin of the request for expertise in order to obtain their opinion on the usefulness of the latter.

An order of the Minister for Labour and the Minister for Transport defines the elements of the application file mentioned in article R. 7343-100 which are sent to the recognised representative organisations so that they can give a useful opinion on the merits of the request for authorisation.

The representative organisations will issue an opinion within three weeks. Failing this, the opinion is deemed to have been issued.
