The Director General of the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority shall notify the organisations that submitted the request and the expert of his reasoned decision. He shall also inform the organisations recognised as representative of the employees and the organisations recognised as representative of the platforms that did not submit the request for an expert opinion.
If the request for an expert opinion is accepted, an agreement is drawn up between the expert and the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority, based on the information provided in the proposal provided for in Article R. 7343-100. The agreement shall specify in particular the cost of the expert assessment and the timetable for its payment.
