Each candidate organisation may appoint three delegates who are authorised to monitor all voting operations and to record any observations in the minutes.

Access to the polling station is guaranteed to these delegates, with a limit of two delegates per organisation at any one time.

Chaque organisation candidate peut désigner trois délégués habilités à contrôler l’ensemble des opérations du vote et à porter toute observation au procès-verbal.
