Article R7343-83 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the provisions of a of 6° of article L. 7343-22, the conditions of three months’ seniority and the number of services set out in article L. 7343-7 are assessed on the first day of the third month preceding the closing date for applications set by decision of the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.

For the application of the provisions of b of 6° of Article L. 7343-22, the income from work as defined in 2° of Article R. 1326-4 of the Transport Code for the year preceding the year in which applications are declared is taken into account.

Pour l’application des dispositions du a du 6° de l’article L. 7343-22, les conditions d’ancienneté de trois mois et du nombre de prestations fixées à l’article L. 7343-7 s’apprécient au premier jour du troisième mois précédant la date de clôture des candidatures fixée par décision du directeur général de l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.

Pour l’application des dispositions du b du 6° de l’article L. 7343-22, sont pris en compte les revenus d’activité tels que définis au 2° de l’article R. 1326-4 du code des transports au titre de l’année précédant l’année de déclaration des candidatures.
