Article R7345-24 of the French Labour Code

When it terminates the mediation, the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority shall notify its decision by any means giving a date certain of the receipt of this notification to the platform, to the representative appointed pursuant to Article L. 7343-12 and, in the cases provided for in the second and fourth paragraphs of II of Article R. 7545-21 and II of Article R. 7345-22, to the unrepresented self-employed workers.

Article R7345-24

Lorsqu’elle met fin à la médiation, l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi notifie sa décision par tout moyen donnant date certaine à la réception de cette notification à la plateforme, au représentant désigné en application de l’article L. 7343-12 et, dans les cas prévus aux deuxième et quatrième alinéas du II de l’article R. 7545-21 et au II de l’article R. 7345-22, aux travailleurs indépendants non représentés.
