Article R7345-8 of the French Labour Code

The decisions of the Board of Directors shall become enforceable by operation of law one month after they have been received by the Minister for Labour and the Minister for Transport if neither of them has objected within this period.

Decisions relating to the budget and the financial account are enforceable under the conditions set out in Title III of Decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012, as amended, relating to public budgetary and accounting management.

Les délibérations du conseil d’administration deviennent exécutoires de plein droit un mois après leur réception par le ministre chargé du travail et le ministre chargé des transports si aucun d’entre eux n’y a fait opposition dans ce délai.

Les délibérations portant sur le budget et le compte financier sont exécutoires dans les conditions prévues par le titre III du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 modifié relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique.
