Article R742-17 of the French Commercial code

On the list of suitable candidates are those successful candidates who have completed their probationary period or who have been granted an exemption from the probationary period pursuant to articles R. 742-2 or R. 742-4, in order of success in the competition. Successful candidates from a given year are entered in this order, following those from the previous year.

Sont inscrits sur la liste d’aptitude, les lauréats du concours ayant validé leur stage ou bénéficiant d’une dispense de stage en application des articles R. 742-2 ou R. 742-4, par ordre de réussite au concours. Les lauréats d’une promotion donnée sont inscrits dans cet ordre, à la suite des lauréats de la promotion précédente.
