Paragraph 3: The list of suitable candidates

The Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, establishes each year, by order published in the Official Journal of the French Republic, the list of suitability for the profession of commercial court clerk.

On the list of suitable candidates are those successful candidates who have completed their probationary period or who have been granted an exemption from the probationary period pursuant to articles R. 742-2 or R. 742-4, in order of success in the competition.
