Within two months of the publication of the judgment made pursuant to Article R. 742-28 or the mention of the judgment made pursuant to Article R. 742-31 in the margin of the copy of the summons published at the service responsible for land registration, the liquidator shall draw up a schedule of conditions of sale and file it at the registry of the judge responsible for seizures of property of the competent judicial court.
As an exception to article R. 322-10 of the code des procédures civiles d’exécution, the schedule of conditions of sale contains:
1° A statement of the judgment issued pursuant to article R. 742-28 with a mention of its publication or, where the seizure of the property has been suspended, a mention of the summons to pay with a mention of its publication as well as, where applicable, a mention of the judgment handed down pursuant to article R. 742-31;
2° A description of the property to be sold, the origin of ownership, any easements encumbering the property, any leases granted over it and the description report;
3° A statement of the reserve price, the conditions of sale and the terms of payment of the price in accordance with the rules set out in article R. 742-38.
