No later than the fifth working day following the filing of the conditions of sale, the liquidator notifies the parties of the date of the auction hearing by bailiff’s deed. The date is set, at the liquidator’s discretion, within a period of between two and four months following the date of the notice.
2° A summons to acquaint oneself with the conditions of sale and an indication of the registry of the judge responsible for seizures of property as well as the address of the liquidator where the conditions of sale may be consulted;
3° An indication, in very conspicuous characters, that on pain of inadmissibility, only disputes relating to a procedural act subsequent to the judgment given pursuant to Article R. 742-28 or article R. 742-31 may be raised, within fifteen days of the deed or, as the case may be, of its notification, by a lawyer’s submissions filed with the registry of the judge in charge of seizures of property.
